John Deane, owner of Deane Electric &AC, texted me and told me that I was an idiot because I questioned whether his resolutions for solving why my 11 month old ac unit that he installed wouldn’t drain. He first stated that we needed to be “trained” to open the windows to let the house air out. He then stated that we need to used more expensive filters although the mid grade filters that we use also were used in the 15 year old ac unit that went out. He then suggested that we have the coils cleaned in an 11 month old ac unit and he sent me a picture of someone else’s filthy coils. This owner is dishonest, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER use this business again and will NOT recommend it to anyone.
