Do not hire this company as I was serviced poor customer service and felt unsafe after requesting the company to fix a few issues I had with my job. I was disrespected, yelled at, and bullied because I was a women who did not allow this company to attemindate me because I was a woman. This company refused to make the requested repairs after being paid for a service that was not satisfying. The owner and his son had a bad attitude and disrespect me to the point I felt unsafe in my own home. My porch steps and foundation repairs were poorly repaired and I will never recommend or request service from this company ever again. This company needs to respect women and owners property more better. The company had to be asked multiple times to clean up their mess each day. My water was used without permission each day this business was on the job. This company felt intimidated because I asked questions and raised concerns for services I hired this company to conduct. This company has no respect for women, the son of the company is a jerk. The owners son attitude was bad, very aggressive, and he felt the need to insert himself into every conversation I was having with the owner. I was blamed for costs the company lost because the owner did not do a good job evaluating my driveway during his quote. In result, due to additional discoveries, I declined additional costs to redo my driveway. Legally I could had uphold the company to our contract, but I did not want to take this action because I had a alternative plan in action. I am very dissatisfied with the poor job conducted on my steps and foundation. This company treated me poorly because I was an woman, an felt no need to completed services with acceptable craftsmanship. I am very disappointed and felt unsafe, uncomfortable after addressing my concerns during the final walk through of the job, both owner and his son begin yelling at me and making false allegations to deviate away from addressing my concerns. This company refused to make any corrections after being paid for your services. The company completed a rush job because they lost out on my driveway. The owner was at fault for not receiving the business of my driveway because the concrete was visible during his estimate. Also this company utilized my water holes without permission, a major valid issue I could had addressed but did not. This company had to be asked repeatedly to clean up their mess after each day on the job. I never experienced such poor behavior, so much so, I had to walk away after being attacked by the owner and his son because I expressed concerns about the job. I will never hire this company again or recommend them to anyone, especially any woman. By far, this company been the worst craftsmanship, service, I ever experienced from a business.
