My experience is a little different with NJR (Nirvana Junk Removal). I am on the RECEIVING end. A large cabinet door and small countertop were advertised on Facebook Marketplace. It was perfect for my DIY project, and the price (FREE), was even better, for my limited budget. My messages were greeted with fast responses, and I found Jesse to be extremely polite, respectful, efficiently and well-spoken. He was also very accommodating on a meeting day and time that suited MY schedule. I had no idea the items were through the recycling end of a business- until I met for pick up. Jesse greeted me with a warm smile and a great work attitude- as he loaded both items into my vehicle without so much as a thought! I was very appreciative at this young man’s politeness, as I usually have to struggle and load things for myself. I tried to offer Jesse gas money and he would not accept it- humbly explaining this was a part of his business-- recycling items from various jobs, giving back to the community, keeping things out of the landfills, and reducing our carbon footprint. I was amazed! I didn’t know such a business existed! As a like-minded person, I asked more about the business and was mind-blown to find out about the company’s beliefs, purpose and goals. The ‘front door’ being removal and cleanup, the ‘back door’ being recycling and giving back. Most companies seem to want to make money from both ends. I was thrilled to have discovered such an upright and honorable business that GIVES BACK and doesn’t try to make money from removed items, nor toss them away in the garbage/landfills. I’m also glad to have met Jay as I enjoyed talking with such a personable and jovial young man. It was such a pleasure to meet someone with such a passionate work ethic, and a pleasure to converse with him. His positive outlook and light humor leave you with a smile. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I plan on keeping their contact information handy for future business and referring them to anyone needing their services.
