hired Tite-Seal but unfortunately my home was still leaking after heavy rainstorm. each time he had to come back he made me wait 2 wks b4 he came here to "fix" issue; again. (second time i called him on Nov 11, he came after thanksgiving that saturday); He looks at window from inside basement n says "its opened a little so i will put great stuff around it" It was a sloppy job that was done. Water was sill coming in, yet he kept saying it was from crack on wall beneath window bc wall felt wet. When he last came back 8, dec. 2021; he told me "I should of told you this from the beginning, u need a sump pump, since u paid me couple thousand I will deduct that and charge you $3,500 more to put one in." Well, I was livid, as I know a sump pump cost is $700-1,000. Secondly, I caulked side of steps near window as i summized water was coming in from also n board was put on outside on window, no rain came in so i knew those 2 areas was causing heavy flooding in my basement. he knowingly LIED to me to make couple thousand off me. And now wants $3500 more? Is this why u stated to me in beginning "I like working for the elderly bc they have $$$." I now interpret that, so he could scam us!! He certainly is NOT a Christian, as he states he is. Proverbs 13:11 "Wealth obtained by FRAUD dwindles" then when i called him on Dec 8th, 2021; again, he tells me "well we are going to destin, fl for xmas i will call u 1st of jan, 2022 when i come back! He never bothered calling n its jan 5, 2022!
Now I believe doug all the times u had me wait weeks to come back to fix what U done (and now over month this 3rd time); was bc, u were busy redoing same to other clients and had to make it right? I deserve to have my hard earned monies back as this was truly only a $10 fix as I stated to u in my text on Jan. 5th, 2022!! Remember this: "YOU WILL REAP WHAT U SOWED, MORE THAN U SOWED, N LATER THAN U SOWED." ITS'S GODS WORD N ITS TRUE!!!
