Great service!!!

I had a washing machine the went down. I called Western Appliance repair and Rich got back to me real fast and was out to fix my washing machine in a few days. Rich is very knowledgeable and a great technician. He should my wife and I a burnt communication board with the cover that showed signs of a burnt spot that correlated with board. Very honest, reasonable and a great guy.
